One of the most challenging things for those taking responsibility for the progress of employees and volunteers is to find effective and efficient training methods. Being innovative when it comes to training can be a challenge, but with the creation of online learning modules becoming more popular there are now ways to make cost-efficient training tools that offer consistent quality.

At Atomic Spark we’re proud to be working with eLearnology to create dynamic training materials that can be shared throughout employee networks to improve performance and teach new skills. Recently we joined forces to work on the creation of a training module for the Grand Erie District School Board. Focusing on teaching physical education supervisors about high risk sports we produced videos that were integrated into the learning module for high jump.

This videos for this module were designed to clearly show the risks and preventative measures associated with the sport. Working onsite we captured interviews with coaches, and filmed reenactments of challenging situations, as well as cutaways that depicted risk management issues. Worked into an online module that balanced clear narrative, interactive scenarios, and a variety of assessment tools such as built in quizzes, the end result was a highly polished training tool that met industry standards and created an engaging learning experience.

If you are looking to improve the training in your business or organization contact Atomic Spark. We’re excited about the opportunity to help you move your instruction to the next level.
