Anyone socially connected online will regularly see new business announcements in their networks. More often than not, I’ve found it takes some digging to find out what these new ventures are actually about. It seems people are being more concerned with choosing their language than communicating their message clearly and effectively. Sounding intelligent and professional is important, of course, but it seems it’s coming at the expense of communicating what their product–what you would pay them for–actually is.
