The Challenge
Executive Aviation, an independently owned premier Ground Handling Company is known across Canada. Operating at 20 airports, they asked us to create multiple videos that highlight crew and customers.
Executive Aviation is a ground handling company operating at airports across Canada. They provide commercial ground services and fixed base operations (FBO) to the aviation industry. This includes passenger check-in, ticketing, boarding, and baggage services, aircraft fueling, grooming, loading and unloading, deicing, pushback and towing, and many other services. It’s a dynamic business, with consistent challenges such as weather and scheduling.
Our Approach
As a family owned business, Executive Aviation has a great reputation as a company people want to work for. As they’ve opened their doors at new airports, they’ve needed to add to their team.
The Results
We created this series of videos to aid in the recruitment process, showing some of EA’s staff sharing about the work environment and why they love being part of the team. It’s an industry built around passion for aviation, and this shows through each and every team member.
